中央网信办秘书局近日发布《关于加强网络直播打赏规范管理的通知》，着眼压实网站平台主体责任，对直播打赏的规则制定、功能设置、权限开通、账号管理、举报受理等作出明确规定。通知明确，网站平台不得向八周岁以下的未成年人提供打赏服务。
