先河环保4月13日公告，公司拟以公开摘牌方式收购邢台顺科智慧城市建设有限公司（简称"邢台顺科"）100%股权和邢台智算科技有限公司（简称"邢台智算"）100%股权。两个项目打包转让，挂牌总底价为4.8亿元。本次交易不构成关联交易，亦不构成《上市公司重大资产重组管理办法》规定的重大资产重组。
