4月13日，首都在线（300846）发布公告，公司财务总监张丽莎因个人原因辞职，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。辞职后，她将继续担任财务管理中心副总经理职务，负责相关财务管理工作。
同时，公司于2026年4月13日召开董事会，聘任李一丹为新任财务总监，任期至第六届董事会届满。
2025年，首都在线实现收入12.37亿元，归母净利润-1.70亿元。
