Aedas新作 | 以精工细节重塑杭州兆丰

由Aedas北京办公室进行外立面设计及功能优化的杭州兆丰ESSENCE已经竣工交付，成为了钱江世纪城核心区城市界面的新亮点。设计以优雅的体量和精致的立面细节，在密集的城市肌理中，塑造出简洁而富有张力的现代形象。

Led by Aedas Beijing office, the façade redesign of the Hangzhou Zhaofeng ESSENCEhas been completed, making it a new highlight in the heart of Qianjiang Century City. With its elegant form and refined façade details, the design creates a modern and striking visual identity within the urban landscape.

设计之初，项目主体结构已经落成，且报规面积严格锁定，所有后续优化须在这一既定框架内展开。面对重重限制，团队提出“精工智慧”的设计概念，对原方案进行了精准高效重构：将中段幕墙造型由弧线优化为直线，塑造出更为刚劲、现代的视觉语言；同时，通过首层挑空与屋顶平台的空间置换，在总面积恒定的前提下，实现了使用体验与建筑美学的动态平衡。

Within the defined building structure and approved floor area, the team pursued a vision rooted in precision and intelligence, crafting an architectural solution that harmonises functionality with refined aesthetics. The façade was optimised by replacing curved forms with clean, linear designs, creating a sharper and more modern appearance. By reconfiguring the ground-floor atrium and rooftop terrace, the design achieves a balance between functionality and aesthetics without exceeding the approved area.

独特的建筑形象 （实景图）

项目的复杂性源于其多元的业态——底层酒店、上方超平层公寓及顶层跃层豪宅。设计通过梳理车行与人流动线，高效分离三类人流，入口处以高低错落的雨篷，在延伸主楼建筑语言的同时形成直观的视觉引导。首层立面选用黑色石材、铝板与Low-E玻璃，在传递沉稳商务气质的同时，亦通过细腻的肌理，为办公与归家赋予兼具效率与温度的抵达体验。

The project integrates hotel rooms on the lower floors, large apartment units above, and duplex luxury residences on the top leve l. The design separates vehicular and pedestrian flows, ensuring smooth circulation. At the entrances, layered canopies guide visitors while extending the architectural language of the tower. The ground floor façade uses black stone, aluminium panels, and Low-E glass to convey a professional yet welcoming atmosphere.

建筑立面以两个简洁体量交错咬合，形成一道深邃的内凹折线，不仅在形态上与建筑轮廓相呼应，更在不同时间与视角下，呈现出丰富的光影变化与形象剪影，在高楼林立的核心区中脱颖而出。建筑立面以纵向铝板装饰条搭配Low-E玻璃，构成简洁而富有节奏的基本语言，在体量咬合处巧妙转化为横向线条，形成鲜明的视觉反差。

The façade features two interlocking geometric volumes, creating a recessed fold that enhances light and shadow effects. Vertical aluminium decorative fins paired with Low-E glass create a clean and rhythmic design language, transitioning into horizontal lines at the interlocking points for visual contrast.

住宅排烟窗经系统化模数设计，其尺寸与位置完美对齐竖向线条，化为立面秩序的一部分。建筑西北侧立面处理秉持同一逻辑，利用玻璃幕墙装饰条的渐变密度，将百叶、设备平台、管线等复杂机能悄然消隐于深色幕墙背景中，确保了整体形象的完整与统一。此外，照明灯带隐藏于铝板条下方，达成“见光不见灯”的纯净效果。而屋顶塔冠则是通过利落的斜切造型与格栅的加建，在强化轮廓的同时，也完成了对“第五立面”的精心雕琢，使建筑在俯瞰视角下依然大气简约。

The ventilation windows are precisely aligned with façade lines, blending seamlessly into the design. On the northwest side, the glass curtain wallfeatures decorative fins with varying densities that hide the louvres and equipment platforms, maintaining a clean and unified look. Lighting strips are concealed beneath the decorative fins to create lights without a visible source. The rooftop crown, with its sharp angles and added grilles, enhances the building’s profile and creates a refined ‘fifth façade’ visible from above.
