4月13日，A股三大指数早盘涨跌不一，截至午间收盘，上证指数跌0.17%，深证成指涨0.19%，创业板指涨0.39%；北证50跌0.2%。沪深两市成交额约14048.27亿元，较前一个交易日缩量约983.88亿元。截至午盘，全市场1782只股票上涨、3572只股票下跌，其中59只涨停、9只跌停。
板块方面，玻纤、家禽、AMD，能源金属、房地产、证券等行业以及概念涨幅居前；PTA、航运、医药商业、出版、贵金属、航运港口等行业以及概念跌幅居前。
