【日本政府将向半导体公司Rapidus追加支援超6000亿日元】财联社4月13日电，日本经济产业相赤泽亮正日前宣布，已批准2026年度向日本半导体公司Rapidus追加支援6315亿日元（约合39.5亿美元），使2022至2026年度的研发支援总额达到2.354万亿日元。日本经产省另外宣布，将对富士通和日本IBM提供最多760亿日元资金支援。两家公司都在开发省电的AI半导体，预计制造将委托给Rapidus。
