近日，张女士向南都记者反映，自己的女儿今年春节期间在东莞市石碣镇大王洲桥被烟花炸伤了左眼，至今目不能视，做了2次手术，医疗费、交通费等合计近10万元，因肇事方拒绝垫付陷入治疗困境。
4月10日，石碣方面回应称，相关职能部门已依法对非法售卖烟花、违规燃放烟花的涉事人员作出处理，并已多次组织涉事各方开展协商调处。
