北京商报讯（记者 宋亦桐）4月10日，浙商银行发布公告表示，4月10日，该行收到《国家金融监督管理总局关于吕临华浙商银行董事、行长任职资格的批复》。根据有关规定，国家金融监督管理总局已核准吕临华的董事、行长的任职资格。吕临华担任浙商银行首席合规官职务同步生效。
