4月9日，吉林省公安厅专案组发布通报，打掉以齐某敏（绰号“老小”） 为首的犯罪组织，该团伙长期在吉林市实施敲诈勒索、寻衅滋事、开设赌场、高利放贷、催收非法债务等违法犯罪活动，已抓获多名核心成员并公开征集线索。
