三峡能源（600905）发布公告，控股股东中国长江三峡集团有限公司自2025年4月9日至2026年4月8日通过集中竞价方式累计增持公司股份3.51亿股，占公司总股本的1.2270%，增持金额约为15亿元。本次增持计划已实施完毕。
2025年前三季度，三峡能源实现收入212.80亿元，归母净利润43.13亿元。
