北京商报讯（记者 孟凡霞 周义力）4月9日，邢台金融监管分局发布《关于中国民生银行股份有限公司收购宁晋民生村镇银行股份有限公司设立分支机构的批复》，同意民生银行收购宁晋民生村镇银行并设立民生银行宁晋支行，承接宁晋民生村镇银行清产核资后的资产、负债、业务和员工。
