近日，多家媒体报道，美国私募股权投资公司TA Associates已启动茶饮品牌贡茶的出售流程，估值可能达到20亿美元，约合140亿人民币，并委托摩根大通担任财务顾问。目前，这笔交易尚处早期阶段。实际上，早在2021年底，市场就曾曝出贡茶拟以40亿元人民币估值寻求出售或上市，最终无果而终。对比两次估值，短短五年间，贡茶身价暴涨百亿元。
