新京报贝壳财经讯 4月7日，开勒股份发布公告称，公司拟通过向福建威泰思光电有限公司（简称“威泰思光电”）增资及现金收购其部分股东的股权，取得标的公司不低于51%的股权。本次交易完成后，标的公司将成为公司控股子公司。目前威泰思光电核心产品精准聚焦光通信领域。
