按照区政府统一安排，4月2日起，秦皇岛市海港区卫健局组织局机关及系统干部职工到包联点位祭祀值守，守护清朗清明。
每日 18 时至 23 时，值守人员准时到分包点位，对路口焚烧祭祀用品行为进行耐心劝导劝离，积极宣传文明祭祀理念，强化群众安全防火意识，有效减少环境污染。
本次行动持续到4月5日。
