交流中尽量使用这种词语
心理学家调查发现，在交流中不使用否定性的词语，会比使用否定性的词语效果更好。因为使用否定词语会让人产生一种命令或批评的感觉，虽然明确地说明了你的观点，但更不易于接受。
如：“我不同意你今天去北京”这句话，我们换一种说法：“我希望你重新考虑一下你去今天北京的想法”。交流中，很多的问题都是可以使用肯定的词语来表达的。
