贵安新区马场产业新城MCC05-02-04 地块控规调整方案公示，为保障区域电力负荷增长、提升供电能力，该地块拟由原规划调整为供电用地，面积从 0.46 公顷扩至 2.53 公顷，明确容积率≤1.0、限高 32 米等指标且符合磊庄机场限高要求。相邻的 03 地块仍为城镇住宅用地，面积缩至 6.37 公顷，容积率、绿地率等其余规划指标保持不变，调整方案正广泛征求公众意见。
