沪光股份公告称，全资子公司重庆沪光使用1.2亿元闲置自有资金，购买交通银行重庆市分行的“交通银行蕴通财富定期型结构性存款46天（挂钩汇率看跌）”，产品期限为2026年4月2日至5月18日，预期年化收益率1.00%-1.98%，为保本浮动收益型。公司此前已通过相关议案，同意使用不超5亿元闲置自有资金委托理财，额度12个月内滚动使用。截至公告披露日，公司及子公司已使用1.7亿元委托理财。
