乡村振兴，离不开人才的“破土而出”。在开封朱仙镇，有一位90后河南省乡村工匠名师，她出生于木版年画世家，却用年轻的视角和现代的思维，让这门千年技艺不仅“活”了下来，更“火”了起来。她叫张一，一个用刻刀和画笔，连接起乡村就业与文化传承的年轻人。
