花旗发表研报指，鉴于上调油价预测，将中海油2026及2027年盈利预测上调21%及35%，目标价由24港元上调至33港元，此按现金流折现率作估值，维持“买入”评级。该行预测今年及明年布兰特期油均价分别为每桶83美元及70美元，高于此前预测的65美元及55美元，长期油价预测维持每桶55美元不变。
