财联社4月1日电，早盘存储芯片概念集体高开，德明利一字涨停，佰维存储、朗科科技、江波龙、香农芯创等跟涨。消息面上，隔夜美股存储芯片股普遍大涨，闪迪涨超10%，西部数据、美光科技涨超7%。此外德明利发布公告，预计一季度净利润31.5亿—36.5亿元。
