当地时间3月31日，俄罗斯鞑靼斯坦共和国下卡姆斯克石化厂称，该厂厂区内起火，应急部门已迅速展开处置工作。厂区方面表示，截至目前，此次事故造成的死亡人数已升至2人，受伤人数升至72人，其中有8人已入院接受治疗。
据通报，初步判断火灾发生原因为设备运行故障。（总台记者 王斌）
