【铠侠再发停产通知】财联社3月31日电，存储芯片厂商铠侠（Kioxia）31日再次向客户发布最新停产通知，宣布部分传统浮栅式（FloatingGate）2DNAND以及第三代BiCSFLASH产品将逐步退出市场。此前，铠侠已宣布停产小容量TSOP封装产品。根据通知内容，这些产品的最后客户预测订单截止日为2026年9月30日，而最终出货截止时间为2028年12月31日。
