据港交所文件，3月31日，名创优品旗下潮玩品牌TOP TOY（大潮玩国际集团有限公司）重新向港交所递交上市申请书，联席保荐人为摩根大通、瑞银集团。据披露，该公司净利润由2024年的人民币2.935亿元减少至2025年的人民币1.010亿元，主要归因于以权益结算的股份支付开支增加及优先股产生的赎回负债账面价值变动。
