格隆汇3月31日丨派能科技(688063.SH)公布，公司拟使用剩余部分超募资金人民币279.20万元（截至2026年2月28日账户余额，含账户利息收入，实际金额以资金转出当日专户余额为准，下同）用于永久补充流动资金，占首次公开发行股票超募资金总额的比例为19.99%。本次超募资金永久补充流动资金后，公司超募资金使用完毕。
