3月31日，中基协数据显示，2026年2月，证券期货经营机构共备案私募资管产品1940只，环比减少6.05%，同比增加134.30%；设立规模782.39亿元，环比减少6.53%，同比增加71.12%。截至2026年2月底，证券期货经营机构私募资管产品规模合计12.50万亿元（不含社保基金、企业年金），较上月底增加1230.55亿元，环比增长0.99%。
