3月27日，国家金融监督管理总局深圳监管局公示的行政处罚决定书显示，中国人寿保险股份有限公司深圳市分公司因虚假宣传、给予及承诺给予保险合同约定以外利益被罚款26万元。同时，曹雅文被警告并罚款8万元，韩永军被警告并罚款7万元。
