3月31日，全国新能源汽车动力电池溯源信息平台（简称“信息平台”）正式启动，中汽中心为信息平台建设的技术支撑单位。中汽中心副总经理龚进峰在启动会上表示，信息平台的启动标志着我国动力电池回收利用迈入数字化、全链条管理的新阶段。
