在GLORY-1实验中，6mg玛仕度肽通过III期临床试验验证，使中国患者腰围平均减少11cm，同时伴随约9cm的臀围缩减。而GLORY-2实验采用的9mg剂量，在针对BMI≥30kg/m²人群的研究中，将腰围缩减量提升至14cm，但该剂量仍处于研究阶段，未向公众开放使用。
