近日，湖北武汉。一男子就餐时以吃出虫为由，向商家索要300元赔偿。 商家报案后，民警调取监控发现，该男子趁服务员不备，将自带的小虫放入菜中。
警方经调查发现，该男子先后8次在多家餐厅采用相同手段实施敲诈勒索，目前已被依法刑事拘留。（长沙政法频道）
