“北京石油化工学院”消息，3月26日上午，北京石油化工学院召开教师干部大会，宣布党委副书记、院长调整，肖志松同志任北京石油化工学院党委副书记、院长。
肖志松出生于1973年，此前任北京信息科技大学党委常委、副校长。
