北京商报讯（记者 廖蒙）3月27日，人民银行湖北省分行发布的行政处罚表显示，武汉城市一卡通支付有限公司因存在未按规定存放备付金、未按规定开展客户尽职调查两项违法违规行为，被处以警告、通报批评，并罚款89万元，相关责任人于某罡对未按规定存放备付金负有责任，被罚款8万元。
