粉衫日：以粉色之名，守护每一份被看见的善意

At Majestic International College (MIC), safety, trust, and empathy are not just concepts, but consistent principles put into action. We believe that every student deserves to be seen, understood, and supported; and that every educator can accompany students towards growth and excellence with professionalism and warmth.

3月24日，一年一度的“粉衫日”以满园粉色，将这份信念化作一场师生共建的善意行动。

而这场行动的起点，不在老师的教案里，而在学生的手中。

On March 24th, the annual Pink Shirt Day transformed this belief into a collective act of kindness co-created by teachers and students, bathing the campus in pink. The starting point of this event, however, lay not in the teachers' lesson plans, but in the hands of the students.

从学生手中，长出一场活动

这是一场由学生发起参与、自主策划、全程组织的校园实践。

This was a campus initiative initiated, planned, and organized by the students themselves.

有人牵头成立筹备组，统筹活动节奏；有人设计视觉海报，用粉色元素交织不同的画面；有人发起“最佳粉衫设计”征集和投票——G12门乐晨的作品获评年度最佳；还有学生记者团组成摄制小组，自编自导预热短片。

Some took the lead in forming a preparatory group to coordinate the event's rhythm. Some designed the key visual poster, weaving a heart with pink lines. One student launched a call for and a vote on the "Best Pink Shirt Design" — Men Lechen from G12 had her work selected as the Design of the Year. Meanwhile, the student journalist team formed a production crew to write, direct, and film a promotional short video.

从创意到执行，每一个环节都活跃着学生的身影。

这不仅是一次活动的落地，更是一次领导力的真实演练——同学们用行动证明：他们不仅是善意文化的接受者，更是其创造者与推动者。

From creative ideas to execution, students were active at every step. This was more than just the realization of an event; it was a real-life demonstration of leadership — students proved through their actions that they are not only recipients of a culture of kindness but also its creators and drivers.

师生共上一堂课，用专业守护成长

当天，全体师生观看由老师们主演的教育纪录片《未命名的群聊》。影片呈现的场景——那些“不带脏字”的社交动态、关掉的窗口、缺席的当事人——看似微小的互动，却可能构成隐形伤害。当细节被搬上屏幕，师生们开始重新审视：原来那些忽视，也可能是一种伤害。

That day, all teachers and students watched the educational documentary "Unnamed Group Chat," featuring teachers as actors. The scenarios depicted — an Instagram story with no offensive words, a window being closed, an absent participant — seemingly minor interactions that can nonetheless cause invisible harm. As these details were projected on screen, teachers and students alike began to re-evaluate: neglect, it turns out, can also be a form of harm.

随后，心理老师李颖带来心理课堂。她从“感受”切入：“什么样的行为被称为欺凌并不重要，只要你感到不适，且行为也没有停止，那就有必要去寻求帮助。”她结合真实案例，帮助学生厘清边界，更引导他们思考那些容易被忽略的灰色地带。

Following the film, school psychologist Jennifer Li led a psychology session. She approached the topic from the perspective of "feelings": "It doesn't matter what a behavior is called. If it makes you uncomfortable and it doesn't stop, then it is necessary to seek help." Using real-life cases, she helped students understand boundaries and guided them to reflect on the often-overlooked gray areas.

用活动种下“善意”的种子

午后，草坪变成了一片粉色的互动天地。

In the afternoon, the campus lawn transformed into a pink interactive space.

“言语守护墙”上，写满“你不是一个人”；“告别伤痕”区域，学生撕下负面的标签，象征疗愈的开始；“粉红连线”中，粉色丝带将手腕相连，结成无声的支援网络。

At the "Wall of Kind Words," messages like "You are not alone" were written. At the "Tear Off Wounds & Labels" area, students peeled off negative labels, symbolizing the start of healing. At the "Pink Connection," pink ribbons tied wrists together, forming a silent network of support.

扎染、串手链、打卡拍照……整个草坪像一场温柔的聚会，这里的“规则”是理解、尊重与支持。

Tie-dyeing, bracelet-making, photo ops at pink corners… the entire lawn became a gentle gathering, where the "rules of the game" were understanding, respect, and support.

温柔的背后，是更深远的守护

粉衫日旨在让师生学会在平静时用善意“播种”——在老师的引导下，同学们更能提前认识人际的边界，练习守护自己，也让善意成为一种习惯。

Pink Shirt Day aimed to allow teachers and students to learn to "sow" kindness during peaceful times. Guided by their teachers, students gained a deeper understanding of interpersonal boundaries, practiced protecting themselves, and cultivated kindness as a habit.

在美伦，我们正视在成长中可能遇到的问题，为了守护学生的身心健康，希望每一位学生学会理解他人、包容他人，同时也希望学会保护自己，勇敢说“NO”。

At MIC, we openly acknowledge the challenges that may arise during growth. To safeguard students' physical and mental well-being, we hope that every student learns to understand and tolerate others, while also learning to protect themselves and bravely say NO.

粉色不只是一种颜色，更是一种选择。这一天，学生用自己的创意与行动，成为善意文化的创造者与传播者；教师则以专业与温度，陪伴他们完成了一次从认知到情感的成长旅程。

Pink is more than just a color; it is a choice. On this day, students used their creativity and actions to become creators and ambassadors of a culture of kindness. Teachers, with their professionalism and warmth, accompanied them on a journey of growth, from cognition to emotion.

在美伦，粉衫日只是其中一个温柔的注脚，而真正的主角，永远是那些在日常中学会选择善良、也学会勇敢面对世界的人。

At MIC, Pink Shirt Day is but one gentle footnote. The true protagonists are always those who, in their daily lives, learn to choose kindness and learn to face the world with courage.
