近日，在上海奉贤区康全路路段，一名男子使用电动扭扭车搭载儿童在公共道路骑行，存在极大交通安全隐患。奉贤交警迅速核实处置，并依法对该男子“使用其他通行工具未按规定注册登记上道路行驶”的违法行为作出处罚。
