格隆汇3月25日丨中细软科技(01020.HK)发布公告，预期集团截至2025年12月31日止年度将录得年内亏损介乎约人民币9500万元至人民币1亿元，而2024年度的年内亏损约为人民币4500万元。
报告期内，预期亏损的有关增加主要是由于就集团知识产权相关服务现金产生单位及放债现金产生单位的商誉确认减值亏损分别约人民币4200万元及约人民币1500万元。
