3月25日，鼎汉技术（300011）发布公告，因工作调动，段辉泉辞去公司副总裁、财务总监职务。
公告指出，为保证公司的日常运转，在董事会聘任新任财务总监之前，暂由公司董事长刘中秋代行财务总监职责。
2025年前三季度，鼎汉技术实现收入11.88亿元，归母净利润1281万元。
