为庆祝《寂静岭f》发布半年，科乐美公司准备了一份惊喜，宣布将推出游戏的改编漫画，具体发布日期尚未公布。
据悉，该漫画将在网络杂志《Young Ace UP》上连载。这部改编漫画的最大特点是将由游戏剧本编剧龙骑士07带来全新的结局。漫画的原画师则由合金アメ负责。
