人民财讯3月25日电，近日，瑞普生物与中国科学院天津工业生物技术研究所联合研发的创新蛋白产品——菌丝蛋白，已顺利完成中试，万吨级产业化基地即将落地。作为继动物蛋白、植物蛋白之后的“第三种蛋白”，菌丝蛋白以葡萄糖等为原料，通过微生物发酵技术制成。
