双一科技3月24日公告，因公司内部工作调整，崔海军申请辞去技术总工职务，辞任后仍担任公司第四届董事会董事及董事会专门委员会相关职务，辞任申请自送达公司董事会之日起生效。公司董事会同意聘任史洪路为公司技术总工，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第四届董事会任期届满之日止。
