近日，“梅姨”被成功抓获。中国政法大学刑事司法学院副教授耿佳宁称：“梅姨”的行为符合中转、贩卖这两个环节，她起的是主要作用。根据司法解释，她也可以被认定为主犯。根据现有的材料，“梅姨”有可能被判死刑。
