这话没错，但重点不在于有没有当过 Manager，而在于同时具备架构能力和管理能力——既能拆分任务，又能管理 Agent。
说实话，很多 manager 技术不咋地，只会向上管理和 PUA。但管 Agent 重要的不是向上管理，也不是 PUA，而是"定义问题"和"知人善用"。
