据报道，受惠AI与高速运算（HPC）需求强劲，台积电2纳米包含A16制程产能严重供不应求，连最大客户英伟达都不够用，为此要变更下世代Feynman平台设计，加上Meta也加入抢产能，使得台积电2纳米客户排队等产能的队伍再拉长，已排到2028年以后。
