然而，3月21日，该剧被曝出全集40集片源大规模泄露，盗版资源远超平台当前30集的更新进度。

据中青报，多段尚未播出的泄露剧情被网友录屏后上传至视频平台，还有许多网友在评论区“求资源”。

The historical drama Pursuit of Jade, starring Zhang Linghe and Tian Xiwei, is currently airing. However, on Saturday, all 40 episodes were reportedly leaked — well ahead of the official release, which had only reached episode 30.

According to China Youth Daily, clips from the unreleased episodes were recorded and shared on video platforms, with many users in the comments asking for access to the full leak.

近年来，热播剧资源泄露的事件屡屡发生。此前，不少热门影视剧在上映或播出后，盗版资源会迅速通过非法影视网站、网盘分享等多种渠道传播。

泄露与传播行为将面临哪些法律责任？

律师解读

对此，上海理振律师事务所律师李振武认为，对泄漏源头者，将未公开的全集内容擅自复制并传播出去，直接侵犯了权利人的复制权与信息网络传播权。对于网络传播行为，任何个人或账号上传、分享盗版资源链接，使得公众可以在其个人选定的时间和地点获得该作品，同样构成对信息网络传播权的直接侵害。

Li Zhenwu, a lawyer at Shanghai Lizhen Law Firm, said that those who copy and distribute unreleased episodes without authorization infringe on the rights holder's reproduction rights and right of communication through information networks. Anyone who uploads or shares links to pirated content — making it accessible to the public — is also directly liable for infringement.

如果泄露和传播行为以营利为目的，且达到一定严重程度，可能触犯《刑法》第二百一十七条的侵犯著作权罪。侵犯著作权罪在“违法所得数额巨大或者有其他特别严重情节”的情形下，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。

律师强调，个人出于欣赏目的观看盗版，在现行司法实践中通常不被认定为直接侵权。然而，这种行为在客观上为盗版网站带来了流量与广告收入，助长了侵权产业链的生存。观众选择正版，是对创作的基本尊重。

If such acts are carried out for commercial purposes and reach a serious threshold, they may constitute copyright infringement under China's criminal code. Offenders can face three to ten years in prison and fines if the illegal gains are huge or the circumstances are especially serious.

Li noted that while individuals who stream pirated content for personal viewing are generally not considered direct infringers in current judicial practice, their actions still drive traffic and ad revenue to pirate sites, helping sustain the illegal industry. Choosing official platforms, he said, is a fundamental way to support creators.

警方提醒

热门电视剧开播后，还有一些不法分子借着热度，利用观众对热门电视剧的迫切期待，以自己有资源可以提前看全集为由实施诈骗，并附上一些“图片”佐证，不少群众上当受骗，一定要提高警惕。

警方提醒，官方影视平台是观看电视剧的可靠途径，广大群众要在官方影视平台上理性追剧，凡是自称有资源或者下载未知名的视频平台的极有可能是诈骗，不轻信陌生信息，不轻易支付费用。

Authorities also warned that fraudsters are exploiting viewers' eagerness to watch new episodes, posing as sources with early access and using fake screenshots to trick people into paying. The public is advised to watch only on official platforms and to be wary of any unsolicited offers claiming early access or promoting unknown apps.
