3月19日（报道），浙江杭州，“出道费有100万至300万元”，女主播小美被“星探”看中，还和“富二代经纪人”马某谈起了恋爱，签订 “女艺人合同”。
此后一年多，马某以出道启动资金、买豪车彰显身份等为由，多次向小美索财，还诱骗她贷款买二手保时捷并抵押，共骗取小美8.9万余元。
近日，法院以诈骗罪判处马某有期徒刑二年二个月，并处罚金2万元。（杭州日报 津云）
