五矿资源（01208）发布公告，KhoemacauCopper（甲方）与五矿二十三冶博茨瓦纳（乙方）于2026年3月19日签订了建设协议，旨在推进Khoemacau矿区的扩建项目。该项目涉及Khoemacau精矿厂、外部斜坡道开口及采矿基础设施的建设，合约金额为约3150万美元（约2.46亿港元），为期24个月。
五矿二十三冶博茨瓦纳为公司关联人士，因其为五矿地产有限公司的全资附属公司，而五矿地产有限公司则由公司最终控股股东中国五矿全资拥有。KhoemacauCopper，一家于博茨瓦纳注册成立之公司，并为本公司运营 Khoemacau 矿区之附属公司。
