《科创板日报》19日讯，TrendForce表示，两大晶圆代工企业台积电和三星电子已对AI芯片主力先进制程5/4nm涨价。在台积电方面，其5/4nm、3nm、2nm节点产能将持续满载，这些工艺的代工价格已全面调涨；而三星晶圆代工的5/4nm订单规模也明显增加，因此也在2025年Q4向客户发布了涨价通知。
