3月9日-3月15日，北京市商品住宅成交519套，成交面积6.38万㎡，成交金额37.68亿元。其中，位于海淀树村的中海·安澜北京以9套、0.21万㎡、2.83亿元的成绩，连续第二周成为全市新房网签周度金额冠军。
而在成交套数方面，通州的中建运河玖院与招商朝棠揽阅均成交23套，并列全市新房网签套数周冠军。
