据哈啰官网介绍，2023年2月哈啰推出哈啰租电动车，为广大消费者提供一种便捷、环保的出行方式。杨磊为哈啰联合创始人、CEO。
值得一提的是，杨磊还系A股公司永安行实控人，2025年4月杨磊正式入主永安行。
