3月14日，深圳航空发布公告：2026年3月13日，深圳航空ZH9547航班（无锡至成都）在地面滑行时，一名旅客随身携带的充电宝发生自燃。机组第一时间果断响应处置，现场情况得到及时有效控制。
为确保绝对安全，机组在处置完毕后，再次进行安全检查，确认安全后航班起飞，并已于22：46顺利抵达目的地。
