财联社3月13日电，上海今日出让3宗涉宅用地，起始出让总价66.44亿元。最终，这3宗地均顺利成交，成交总金额68.09亿元。其中，绿城以26.75亿元斩获青浦区QPPO-0101单元18-05地块，成交楼面价31972元/平方米，溢价率6.57%；上实城开以26.75亿元拿下徐汇区S031102单元S04-16地块，金茂、象屿联合体以14.59亿元的价格竞得嘉定区JDC1-1703单元B06-01地块。（财联社记者 王海春）
