格隆汇3月11日丨光大嘉宝(600622.SH)公布，公司于近日收到上海嘉定科技投资（集团）有限公司（以下简称“嘉定科投”）及其一致行动人上海嘉定建业投资开发有限公司（以下简称“嘉定建业”）出具的《关于权益变动触及1%刻度的告知函》。嘉定科投于2026年3月10日通过集中竞价方式减持公司股份749.84万股，嘉定科投与嘉定建业合计持有公司股份比例由14.08%变动至13.58%，权益变动触及1%刻度情形。
